Hi! I hope everyone is enjoying 2018! My New Year’s Resolution is to take a little more time for myself, which is hard when you have four kids and a new puppy! I am certainly going to try, though, and the spa is where I plan on taking care of “me”.

For all of 2017, I used strictly Pevonia products and I really saw a dramatic change in my skin, receiving many compliments throughout the year. The main products in my skincare regiment are Pevonia Botanica’s Hydrating Cleanser when I wake up and then again when I shower before bed. Twice a week I use their Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser in place of the Hydrating Cleanser. In the morning, after I wash my face, I use the Power Repair Age Correction Refining Marine D.N.A Cream. It helps hydrate my skin, shrink my pores, and even out my texture. I absolutely love to spray the Dry Oil Body Moisturizer from Pevonia all over my body after my shower because it feels so silky and smells beautiful. It is absolutely one of my favorite smells, containing Macadamia Seed Oil and Lavender Oil. Sometimes I have to go looking for it in one of my daughter’s rooms because they often like to steal it to use on themselves.

My goal is to take an hour once a week and treat myself to one of our amazing facials, whether it be the Luminous “C” and “Sea” Facial or the Anti-Aging Caviar Facial. I enjoyed the “C” and “Sea” Facial on a pretty regular basis last year, maybe twice a month, and it really made a huge difference in my skin. I am looking forward to also treating myself to the Caviar Facial more often as part of my New Year’s Resolution. This treatment has a revolutionary blend of photo-extracts, increasing skin oxygenation and suppleness while reducing the signs of aging. There is even a hard lift-off mask for ultimate rejuvenation.

Besides doing wonders for your skin, these one-hour sessions are also one hour of pure bliss and relaxation. I also think it’s the perfect grey day activity. I actually have an appointment later today for the Caviar Facial. I will let you know how it goes!
