Hi! I am so excited that the Super Bowl is right around the corner! If I am being completely honest, I am looking more forward to all of the festivities associated with the game than the game itself. Chris and I are planning to head over to the resort with the kids to watch at least the first half of the game and the halftime show (my favorite part)!

Chef Phil is really going all out preparing food representing the hometown of each team. For New England, he is cooking up some delicious New England Clam Chowder. He is also offering Maine Lobster Rolls with Crab Fries. I personally can’t wait for the Crab and Lobster Dip with Tortilla Chips! For our Eagles Fans, he is serving a Chicken Philly with sautéed mushrooms, onions, peppers, white American cheese, and provolone on a hoagie roll with crab fries. I am sure Chris will go for that! My boys will love the Philly Cheese Steak, and I will have to try the Philly Flatbread Pizza just to be fair to both teams by trying something from New England and Philadelphia.

We will probably be outside at the Promenade Bar watching the game so the kids can play at the same time. What a beautiful concept; parents are able to socialize and enjoy a cocktail while keeping an eye on their kids entertaining themselves on the playground. Hope to see many of our members and guests Super Bowl Sunday.
