Hi! I hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected during this super stressful time. We are really hoping to open soon! We are so looking forward to seeing our guests and members.

We are especially excited to welcome back our kitchen staff as we will have a completely renovated kitchen for them! One positive outcome of this pandemic is that it has given us the opportunity during this downtime to remove all appliances from of our main kitchen, replace the ceiling and floors, and add state-of-the-art stainless-steel walls. I can’t wait to see the look on our staff’s faces when they step into their new sleek sophisticated workspace!

After being cleaned by a professional company, the kitchen equipment, most of which is only a couple years old, was moved back into the spotless area. We did purchase a brand-new beautiful dishwasher! Glad that at least something productive came out of this historical time.

As soon as we hear from our Governor about when we will reopen, I will post another blog. Until then, be safe!
