Hi! I hope everyone had a happy holiday season and is enjoying 2019 so far. We had a fantastic 2018 at Lago Mar and are so grateful to have provided so many wonderful and memorable vacations for our return guests as well as numerous new guests. 

In September, we resurfaced our Lagoon Pool and it looks brand new. We also added LED pool lights to brighten the view from the balconies as well as from the Promenade Bar and Sea Grape Terrace. As far as lighting is concerned, we also added strings of amber lights throughout the Promenade Walkway and Hibiscus Court. We hope you love our new evening look as much as we do. Of course, we used amber lighting to protect the many baby turtles that hatch on our beach. Another enhancement we are sure you will appreciate are the beautifully decorated, brand new beach bathrooms. We now have two individual bathrooms for ladies and one dedicated for men. In addition, we have new ocean blue carpeting in Acquario restaurant with what looks to me like bubbles throughout….so whimsical and different! 

Something else new and fun that we started in 2018 and plan on continuing, is presenting an authentic Tahitian Hula Show on the beach, mainly during the holidays. Speaking of the holidays, I hope you all received our Holiday Greeting email from the seven members of our fourth generation owners. They had a wonderful time creating it for you. In fact, we have some amazing news to share for all of you who have followed the oldest of the Fourth Generation, Demi Snyder, and her tennis career. We are very proud to announce that Demi will be playing tennis at Harvard University in the Fall. We will miss her training on the bright blue beach courts but are so happy that all of her hard work, both in the classroom and on the court, paid off!
