Hi! I hope everyone had a wonderful 2023! We sure did at the resort.

Over the course of the year, we had the good fortune to see several projects come to fruition. Some of the highlights of last year’s renovations were new carpet in every single one of our accommodations, new lamps, artwork, sofas, and chairs.

We also enhanced our Fountainview Lobby with new carpeting and furniture, creating an elegant, nautical vibe.

Additionally, to beautify our all-mighty “Sense of Arrival” we purchased new couches and will soon receive a new coffee table for the Reception Area. To extend another warm welcome in that area, my mom is always updating our lending library next to the front desk for our younger guests and avid readers.

As you enjoy the pool areas, we hope you like the many umbrellas we added around the Lagoon Pool and the sails installed by the Ocean Grill. We realize that shade is becoming more and more popular, and we plan to add even more this year.

Of course, there will always be plenty of space on our ten acres of land to get lots of Vitamin D while catching rays with our abundance of sunshine and amazing temperatures year-round.

I could have never imagined how much our resort guests and members would appreciate our new “shower towers” but they have been a big hit!

Last but not least, we placed two brand-new playground structures on the beach for our younger guests.

As 2024 begins we are planning and plotting to renovate the Palm Garden Room with some aesthetically pleasing carpet and other features. We have other surprises up our sleeves, too. Our goal for the last 63 years and continuing forward is to do whatever we can to impress our resort guests and members year after year.
