Hi! I can’t believe that my favorite day of the year is approaching soon. Ever since I was a young girl I have always loved Valentine’s Day, full of heart shaped gifts and romance galore. Wearing a festive red or pink dress, making Valentines, and going to a fancy restaurant was so much fun.

I still love to take my kids out the evening of February 14th to our resort for Chef Grant’s beautiful Valentine’s Day Dinner. This year it will be just be me and my sons as Demi and Dani will be away. I will miss the girls but I am grateful I still have the boys at home and they still love to dine in Acquario on this special evening. I am not sure I will be able to get them to wear red or pink like I used to but I will definitely have mine on!

We are all looking forward to sharing Chef’s Lobster Ravioli with Ala Vodka Sauce and Sautéed Spinach as an appetizer. For my entree I am going to have a hard time choosing between the White Truffle and Quinoa stuffed Chicken Breast with Mushroom Cognac Cream Sauce and the Twin Lobster Tails. Sailor is already so excited to order the Grilled Lamb Chops and Chipper’s favorite is always the Grilled 8oz Filet. Even if my sons forget to buy me a gift this year I can look forward to receiving my long stemmed rose as I enter The Dining Room.
