Hi! As a mom of four, Mother’s Day is my second most favorite day of the year next to my birthday. I truly believe that we moms deserve a Mother’s Week after all we do for our kids!

For those of our Club Members and Resort Guests who will be joining us on this special holiday, Chef Grant has created an amazing buffet. Some of the highlights are as follows: Snapper with Lobster Cream Sauce, Oven Roasted Airline Chicken Breast, Grill Pork Loin, and a sumptuous Carving Station with Slow Roasted Herb Seasoned Striploin with Port Wine & Boursin Cheese Demi Grace. Of course, we have the Kid’s Corner for our younger guests and an Assorted Dessert Station for all to enjoy!

Lastly, for us moms who are constantly watching our diets, Chef prepared a South Florida-Style Salad Bar. Personally, I am going to enjoy everything I want to eat and drink on this festive day. After all, we moms deserve to treat ourselves!
