Hi! I am super excited to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this weekend at the resort! I am planning to take some friends to feast on Chef Grant’s Specials. Every year I can’t help but order the Shepherd’s Pie for lunch with friends and then later I take the kids back for dinner and have the Corned Beef and Cabbage. This combo does not really fit in with my normal diet but there is always a special exception! The Irish Cheddar & Chive Crusted Cod is also very delicious.

For all of our Resort Members and Club Members; a Corned Beef Sandwich and Shepherd’s Pie will be available on the lunch menu on the Promenade Walkway, Sea Grape Terrace, and Palm Garden Room. The Shepherd’s Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and the Irish Cheddar & Chive Crusted Cod will be the specials for dinner on the Sea Grape Terrace and Palm Garden Room. I definitely need to go down to The Resort Shop and let Amber help me pick out something green and then head into The Spa for a manicure/pedicure with festive polish.
