Hi! I am super excited to spend the Fourth of July at the resort this year! The kids and I will be helping on the beach and in the Towel Hut during the day and then we will take a break to experience Chef Grant’s Lago Mar Beach Buffet Extravaganza.

I personally can’t wait to dine on the Blackened Redfish with an andouille and baby shrimp sauce. I will also have to splurge on the Southern Style Potato Salad and Hawaiian Style Macaroni Salad. Our Corn Bread is also a must. The kids can’t wait for the Slow-Cooked Mesquite-Seasoned Pork BBQ Ribs, Baked Mac & Cheese, and Biscuits. Fourth of July would not be the same without Burgers and Hotdogs so Chef made sure to offer a station for Beef Burger Patties, Sweet Italian Sausage, Bratwurst and All Beef Hotdogs. Just writing this is making me so hungry!

I am also looking forward to joining some of our adult Club Members/Resort Guests at the Promenade Bar to try our July 4th Drink Special, “Let’s make Patriot Juice” and then head down to the beach where the fireworks are scheduled to go off at 8:45 pm. I can’t wait to see many of our Resort Guests and Club Members on this Festive Patriotic Holiday!
