Hi! I was so excited to celebrate my birthday and Father’s Day this past weekend at the resort! We had some really fun Dad’s Day Starters running on Saturday and Sunday including Spinach, Artichoke, and Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms and Sautéed Jumbo Scallops. In addition, Chef Grant chose entrees that were perfect specials for our dads. The men of the day feasted on either a Prime Rib or 8oz Flat Iron Steak or even a Grilled Warm Water Lobster Tail with buckwheat farro parmesan risotto and sautéed vegetables.
My birthday always seems to fall around Father’s Day and my family and friends continue the celebration for a few days so that everyone gets to feel special. It was such a great time!
