Hi! I can’t believe Thanksgiving is right around the corner! Chef Grant and his team have been very busy creating a scrumptious menu for all of our resort guests and club members. Due to its popularity in the last couple of years, Chef will be featuring a beautiful buffet with items such as Holiday Turkey Breast with Gravy, Holiday Turkey Thighs and Drums with Gravy, Cornbread Stuffing with Apricot and Cranberry, Oven Roasted Salmon, and Vegetable Garganelli with Roasted Sweet Pepper Tomato Sauce, and many more delectable choices.
In addition, Chef will present a delicious Carving Station with Slow Roasted Carved New York Strip Loin. For our younger guests and members, there will be a Kid’s Corner highlighting Chicken Tenders, Mac and Cheese, and Waffle Fries.
