Hi! I can’t believe I got carried away with Mother’s Day and forgot to post my blog about Cinco De Mayo!
In case anyone didn’t know, “Lago Mar” actually means “Lake and Sea” in Spanish, so we are celebrating Cinco De Mayo with some festive specials on Sunday. Chef has added some fun tacos to the menu; Pork Carnita (a corn tortilla with 2 ounces of pork shoulder, some onion and cilantro with a little lime wedge on the side) and Chorizo and Potato (chorizo, diced potato, salsa verde, and crumbled queso fresco in a corn tortilla).
As a salute to the Fort Lauderdale Air Show, which is also taking place this weekend, we have some unique drinks added to the menu to help our guests and members celebrate the busy weekend!
