Offering a feast for your eyes as well as your palate, Lago Mar brings you a modern American bistro. The chef’s progressive cooking style features ingredients and techniques borrowed from many different cultures around the globe, with the resulting dishes served in a comfortably elegant atmosphere. The culinary team gather fresh local ingredients daily and prepare them with creative flair to provide you with a memorable meal each time you dine at Acquario.

Open daily. Breakfast buffet served daily, 8:00 – 11:00 am Monday – Saturday and 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Sunday (Adult: $20.95, Kid: $9.95). A la carte lunch served from 12:00 – 2:30 pm. Resort casual dress, bathing attire is not permitted. Elegant Old Florida charm sets the tone in the Palm Garden Dining Room, where the entrance features a marble mosaic floor with a graceful wave motif inlaid with sea green, ebony, gold and white colors. The room’s stone wainscoting and textured, natural raffia wall surfaces offer an exquisite setting for a lavish buffet breakfast or a relaxed midday meal. For those who delight in outdoor dining, the Seagrape Terrace offers a shaded enclave overlooking Lago Mar’s pools and beautiful, landscaped grounds.

Open daily from 5 pm to midnight. Rich, mellow tones of carved wood invite you to savor a glass of your favorite wine or a chilled cocktail in the Wine Cellar Lounge. Offering selections from Lago Mar’s carefully assembled collection of fine wines, this comfortable, club-like setting is situated just outside the entrance to the Palm Garden Dining Room and is the perfect place to enjoy happy hour starters as well as drinks after dinner.

Open daily from 7:30 am – 8:00 pm. Yes, you can order your favorite ice cream confection at the Soda Shop, but this amazing shop offers much, much more. It’s also a gift shop, bakery, coffee bar, wine and cheese shop and deli. Stop in from morning to evening for specialty coffees and fresh baked goods, for salads, wraps and overstuffed sandwiches. Odwalla organic products are also available, along with healthy choices such as delicious fruit smoothies, protein shakes, and low-fat muffins and sugar-free cookies.

Open daily 11 am-9 pm (weather permitting). With its beautiful setting, the Promenade Bar is a breeze to enjoy. The entire family will enjoy the menu items – from signature drinks and healthy salads to a complete kid’s menu. Parents can even socialize at the bar while watching their children play in the pool. Entertainment is offered on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30-8:30 pm and for extended hours during holidays.

Open Saturdays & Sundays from 11 am-4 pm (weather permitting). When you’re having fun on the beach and you want to take a quick break for a bite to eat or a refreshing drink, the Ocean Grill is the place to go. Enjoy outdoor food favorites like hot dogs and hamburgers, grilled cheese and chicken sandwiches plus chilled salads and fresh fruits. Best of all, you can enjoy your meal while dressed in your bathing suit and then get right back to the beach.

Breakfast is served from 8am-11am. For those times when you prefer to dine in the comfort and privacy of your room, you can order a delicious meal or light snacks and beverages from our culinary staff.
