Hi! So looking forward to St. Patrick’s Day at the resort! We’ve already started breaking out a little bit of decor to really get in the spirit.
We are running festive drink specials on Saturday, March 16, and Sunday, March 17, to celebrate the holiday. For martini lovers, we have the Leprechaun Martini with Vodka, Midori, and Triple Sec. The Irish Buck sounds good for our whiskey drinkers and the Fuzzy Leprechaun sounds interesting with Peach Scnapps, Blue Caracao, Vodka, Orange and Pineapple Juice. I think there will be a lot of “fuzzy” people trying to work on Monday.
It’s great that the holiday hits on a Sunday because we can celebrate all day! Chef Grant’s Dinner Specials start at 6:00 pm with a choice of Corned Beef and Cabbage, Guinness Braised Lamb Shank, and Walnut Crusted Salmon. I will be ordering the Salmon, and I am so looking forward to the White Cheddar, Goat Cheese Grits and House Vegetables Spinach Cauliflower Risotto. It sounds so delicious. For those who do start celebrating early with the drink specials, Chef Grant will have a Corned Beef Sandwich Special that will run for lunch in the Palm Garden, Terrace, Promenade Bar and Walkway.
