Hi! As Easter approaches, there’s such a special energy here at the resort, and it’s a time of year I always look forward to.

Easter is particularly meaningful in our family, as my daughter, Demi, was born on Good Friday and came home on Easter Sunday. I’m especially excited to have her home this year, along with her friends, to celebrate the holiday and her 25th birthday!

Here at Lago Mar, we are preparing for what has become one of our most anticipated traditions—
Chef Grant’s Easter Extravaganza. This year’s menu is exceptional, with features including: Garganelli Pasta, beautifully Sliced Leg of Lamb, a perfectly Breaded Chicken Breast, and an Applewood Ham with spiced apricot mustard sauce. Of course, our carving station is always a favorite, and for our younger guests, the Kids’ Corner — complete with chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese — never disappoints.

Beyond Chef Grant’s creations, we have activities for kids from Wednesday, April 1st through Saturday, April 4th in the afternoon and Beach Yoga for all ages Friday morning. And, of course, the grand finale is always a special visit from the Easter Bunny himself, followed by a festive egg hunt filled with surprises, prizes, and plenty of fun for all. I hope to take in the spirit of the holiday with many of our Resort Guests and Club Members!
