
Hi! I am thrilled to announce that we rolled out our new dinner menu in Acquario a few days ago, and it has been a huge success!

Some of the highlights are a Pan Seared Yellowtail Snapper, an Oven Roasted Half Chicken, Shrimp Scampi, and Veal Parmesan. For steak lovers, we have added a beautiful 12-ounce cut of Ribeye Steak served with Yukon Mashed Potato.
As I am a salad fanatic, I am super excited about our new Tomato Mozzarella Salad, too. Since my kids don’t have school tomorrow, we are planning to dine at the resort tonight and treat ourselves. I love nights when Chef Grant and his team give me a reprieve from cooking for three hungry teenagers. I think I need to do this more often!
Lastly, thank you to everyone who has complimented us on the new side stations and hostess stand as it was my project. I can’t wait to enhance even more areas around the resort. Hope to see many of our resort guests and club members soon in Acquario.
