Hi! I can’t believe the Super Bowl is this weekend with Valentine’s Day following soon after. I personally love watching The Big Game at the resort because Chef Grant prepares some fun specials such as Loaded Potato Skins, Flat Bread Pizza, and Beef Sliders, which are all so delicious! We will also have extra TVs set up in the lounge and a festive atmosphere.

Chef’s menu for Valentine’s Day looks absolutely awesome, too. Stuffed Airline Chicken Breast, Grilled Lamb Chops, and a Stuffed Portobello Mushroom are a few of the highlights! Another nice touch is that each lady entering Acquario will receive a long-stemmed red rose as they are seated to enjoy their romantic dinner.

I have already made a reservation at our spa to treat myself to a luxurious manicure/pedicure with Red Sparkly nail polish. I am also planning to visit Amber in the Resort Shop to buy something red or pink to honor the romantic holiday. Hope to see all of our Resort Guests and Club Members at the resort over this festive time!
