Hi! Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and there’s such a wonderful sense of anticipation in the air at the resort! Chef Grant and his talented team are preparing an extraordinary Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner that promises to be both traditional and creative.

Some of the highlights include:

• Holiday Turkey Breast With Gravy
• Pumpkin Ravioli
• Oven-roasted Salmon
• A carving station with Slow Roasted Prime Rib and Glazed Spiral Ham

Of course, Chef will feature a beautiful salad bar and delicious sides such as Cornbread Stuffing, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Yukon Mashed Potatoes, and Wild Rice Pilaf. Lastly, there will be a Kid’s Corner for our younger guests.

As we do every Thanksgiving, we will be offering a variety of complimentary family events in the afternoons near the Promenade Bar, along with a relaxing holiday yoga class on Saturday to start the day on a peaceful note.

Thanksgiving is all about gratitude, and we are truly grateful for our wonderful resort guests and members who have been part of the Lago Mar family through the years. Your loyalty, warmth, and traditions are what make this holiday and our resort so special.

I am personally looking forward to meeting our new guests as well over the holiday!
