Hi! I hope everyone is having fun getting ready for Valentine’s Day. We sure are at the resort! Chef Phil has a fantastic menu planned for the big night out and we already have many tables reserved for our guests and members in Acquario.

To celebrate the romantic holiday, we will begin by presenting a beautiful long stemmed rose to each lady as she arrives for dinner. Once each party is seated, every guest will receive one of Chef Phil’s festive Valentine’s menus. At a glance, there are three starters; Lobster Mac and Cheese, Calamari, and Crab Cakes. For those who enjoy salads, we have the Strawberry and Arugula Salad, a Mediterranean Salad, and a Kale and Romaine Caesar Salad. My favorite item on the whole menu is the Chateaubriand for two! The lobster tail and the Pistachio Crusted Chilean Sea Bass are my second and third favorites. Of course, the Bone-In Pork Chop, New York Strip are also delicious options! As of today, the weather is supposed to be perfect so hopefully, our guests and members will also be able to utilize the Sea Grape Terrace!

I am going to go visit Amber in the Resort Shop to see if I can find something red or pink.
