Hi! It’s beginning to look a lot like Easter at Lago Mar. The Gallery Walkway is beautifully lined with fabulous Easter Lilies, decorated with colorful sparkly eggs placed around them. The resort is buzzing with smiling guests, so grateful for the abundance of sunshine and much different circumstances from that of last year.
Our staff are thrilled to be busy and we keep pinching ourselves because we are so fortunate to have such loyal resort guests and club members. Although Easter week won’t look exactly like it has in years past with organized activities, we are excited to provide live entertainment on the Lagoon Island every afternoon beginning Wednesday, March 31 and running through April 11. Also, we will be offering a complimentary yoga class on the beach led by Keely from Yoga Joint on Friday, April 2 at 8:30 am. For our basketball enthusiasts, we just replaced the hoop to be ready for some good times on the court. In addition to the many activities we already have, we recently added Pickleball to the list!
Lastly, we are grateful that Chef Grant will be serving his delicious Easter Dinner this year, which will include a choice of Prime Rib, Pecan Crusted Salmon, or Rack of Lamb. I personally can’t wait for his Mussels with Warm Naan Bread and Braised Short Rib & Butternut Squash Ravioli and, of course, Red Velvet Cake for dessert.
We absolutely can’t wait for our return guests to see firsthand how we have enhanced the Wine Cellar Lounge and Palm Garden Dining Room. We have come so far since last year’s Grab and Go Easter dinner and we look forward to celebrating this holiday surrounded by all of our amazing resort guests and club members.
