Hi! I am so excited that one of my favorite holidays is approaching – Mother’s Day! As a mom of four, I really enjoy this holiday and all of the pampering I receive on this special day. Personally, I think we should have a week dedicated to us! Due to COVID-19, last year’s celebration consisted of a Grab & Go dinner, and although the food was delicious, I know that moms in particular, love to “dine” and be served since we do the serving most of the year.
This year, we at Lago Mar are so grateful to provide beautiful indoor and outdoor dining for this special holiday and I know that Chef Grant plans to spoil us all on Mother’s Day. For starters, he is preparing Crab Cakes, Pan Seared Scallops, and Lamb Loin Chops. To follow, he has three delicious salads on the menu and awesome entrees. The Quinoa & Kale Stuffed Chicken is one of my absolute favorites of all time – airline chicken breast with a savory stuffing of kale. Chef’s Pistachio Crusted Sea Bass is always a crowd-pleaser and his Slow Roasted Carved Strip Loin has been so popular for so many years. See the full menu below.
To make our moms even happier, each lady entering the Palm Garden Dining Room or Sea Grape Terrace for our Mother’s Day Celebration will receive a long-stemmed rose.
