Hi! I hope everyone enjoyed their Mother’s Day, either as a mom or with their mom! The weather was surely cooperating yesterday, and it was nice to see many of our resort guests and members enjoying Chef Grant’s Extravaganza. His buffet definitely had something for everyone! There were healthy salads to choose from and delicious buffet items such as; Grilled and Sliced Pork Tenderloin, Oven Roasted Airline Chicken Breast, Panko Crusted Corvina, and Shrimp Garganelli Mac and Cheese. Of course, The Carving Station is always a big hit and then there are the assorted desserts…

I had a wonderful time celebrating with the kids, it’s one of the best days of the year!
