Hi! Wow! We just finished Yoga on the beach yesterday and I had 50 yogis in attendance, which is a record! It is not surprising though since the weather all week has been absolutely perfect!
It’s hard to believe that the end of 2021 is so near. As we did last year, Chris and I are taking the kids to the resort to celebrate New Year’s Eve. We will start by feasting on Chef Grant’s delicious starters and entrees. I am so looking forward to his Tomato & Burrata Mozzarella Salad and Almond Crusted Chilean Sea Bass. Chris is already talking about the Petit Short Rib and Grilled Strip Loin Steak. The kids haven’t decided yet.
Later, we will all head into the Lounge wearing our festive party hats, where we will hopefully stay up late enough to ring in the New Year. We are a little tired because the resort has been super busy and the kids and I have been working a ton. I think Sailor, my youngest, has folded over 1000 towels in the last two days!
I hope to see many of our resort guests and club members this Friday to celebrate New Year’s Ever together.
