Hi! I hope many of our Resort Guests and Club Members have enjoyed our recent Friday Night Seafood Specials. Some of the highlights have included Lobster Tail, Pan-Seared Corvina, Parmesan-Crusted Branzino, Blackened Grouper Filet, Cajun Shrimp & Grits, and Seared Sea Scallops. Next Friday, Chef Grant will be featuring Cioppino (Italian Fisherman Stew).

I can hardly believe that Easter is right around the corner! Chef and his team are planning an Easter Extravaganza Buffet, including a beautiful Salad Bar, Carving Station, delicious Hot Entrees, and, of course, a Kid’s Corner. It wouldn’t be Easter at Lago Mar without the fun family activities leading up to the big day and a visit from the Easter Bunny to celebrate The Hunt! I always remind all of our members and resort guests to make sure they arrive at The Hunt early as it is one of our shortest but most fun activities!
