Hi! I am so excited that St. Patrick’s Day is here! It is also one of the few days a year that I totally go off my diet.

Chef Grant’s Shepherd’s Pie is one of my absolute favorites and of course, the Corned Beef Sandwich is delicious, too! These are both specials on the lunch menu.

I also look forward to entertaining some friends for dinner in Acquario and enjoying the Irish Cheddar & Chive Crusted Cod. It wouldn’t be St. Patty’s Day without a Leprechaun Martini in the Wine Cellar Lounge before dinner and maybe an Irish Buck after dinner!

This weekend, I had my manicure and pedicure appointment in our Spa and enjoyed an amazing, relaxing experience and left with my festive green nails. Then I visited Amber in The Resort Shop to find a fun green outfit.

I hope to see many of our Resort Members and Club Members around the property today!
