Hi! I am so excited to share Chef Grant’s St. Patrick’s Day Menu. I can’t believe it will have been two years since we had our “last supper” on March 17th, 2020. I still remember sitting in Acquario receiving news that the city was ordered to shut down. We were fortunate to be able to finish serving our guests who were dining with us.
The next day everything changed for all of us around the world. Hopefully, we are almost to the finish line with Covid and this St. Patty’s Day we can truly celebrate “normal”! Chris, the kids, and I will definitely be dining at the resort in honor of St. Patrick. I can hardly wait for the Irish Cheddar & Chive Crusted Cod with a Dill Creamy Mustard Sauce, Smashed Herbed Red Potatoes, and Sautéed baby Carrots and Green Beans. The kids are already looking forward to the Shepherd’s Pie, and Chris loves the Traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage.
For those of our resort guests and club members who won’t be able to join us for dinner, we will be serving a Corned Beef Sandwich for lunch in Palm Garden, walkway, the Promenade Bar on the holiday. Can’t wait to check with Amber in the Resort Shop and see what fun green outfit I can wear to look festive!
