
Hi! I am so excited that St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner! I can’t wait to join some of our members for Chef Grant’s Festive Specials, including my favorite the Corned Beef and Cabbage, Irish Cheddar & Chive Crusted Cod, and the best Shepherd’s Pie ever! Chef does a ground lamb version with creamy yukon mashed potatoes topped with Dubliner’s cheddar cheese.
We are also looking forward to enjoying the Drink Specials. I can hardly wait to try the Leprechaun Martini before dinner in our Wine Cellar Lounge. When we finish dining, we might just have to head out to the Promenade bar to try a sip of the Fuzzy Leprechaun, which is peach schnapps, blue Caracas, vodka, orange juice, and pineapple juice, garnished with orange and cherry. Maybe the guys will order the Irish Buck, which is Irish Whiskey, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer.
I already made my appointment to get a manicure/pedicure in our spa next Thursday so I will have bright green nails for the fun holiday. Still can’t get out of my mind that it was just three years ago that we locked down our city that very night. So grateful that we are pretty much back to normal!
