Hi! So excited to share our Thanksgiving 2020 Menu, which is just hot off the press!
We are especially thrilled this year to welcome back families that have been spending the holidays with us for as many as four generations. We are extremely grateful to have such a loyal clientele, and I am really looking forward to celebrating and catching up with many of them. My kids are already on their social media with our younger resort guests making plans for the time they will get to spend together during their stay with us.
Chef Grant has created an amazing menu that is sure to please all of our resort guests and members. Some highlights of his Feast include:
Cinnamon & Nutmeg Spiced Pumpkin Soup with Roasted Butternut Squash & Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Slow Roasted Salt & Herb Crusted Prime Rib with Sour Cream and White Cheddar Mashed Potato, Baby Carrots, Asparagus, and Sweet Peppers
Pecan Crusted Local Snapper with Creamy Sweet Potato Risotto, Orange Fennel Beurre Blanc, and Vegetables.
Of course, Chef is also featuring a delicious Roasted Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner and has many plated desserts planned for us.
Every year, we express gratitude during this special holiday and, although this past year has been super tough for so many, we still have many things of which to be grateful. Our Lago Mar Family is ready to welcome our past and new guests to relax on our enormous private beach, indulge in our many choices for outdoor dining, and enjoy each other in a safe, trusted environment.
