Hi! I am so excited to celebrate Valentine’s Day at the resort! We just had a meeting to taste some of the highlights of Chef Grant’s special menu and every item was superb. I already know I will be ordering the Lobster Ravioli with vodka sauce and sautéed spinach as an appetizer. For my main course, I am torn between the Stuffed Airline Chicken Breast and the Stuffed Portobello Mushroom stuffed with risotto. Of course, the boys will treat themselves to the Lobster Tail and the Grilled 8oz Filet. They love to create Surf and Turf, especially at Lago Mar.

For all of the gentlemen who forgot to send their special someone a gift, each lady will receive a beautiful, long-stemmed rose upon arrival at Acquario. Also, our pianist, Leslie Butler, will be playing from 5:30 to 9:30 in the Dining Room.

Valentine’s Day is one of my most favorite holidays as I absolutely love romance. I think I am going to walk down to the Resort Shop to find something red or pink to wear on this festive day!
