Greetings from Sunny South Florida,
I hope everyone has enjoyed their holidays so far and is having a fabulous year! 2022 has been very good to us and we have been thrilled to reconnect with our return guests as well as welcome new guests.
Over the course of this year, we were able to complete a wide variety of improvements and renovations across the resort. To increase shade, we installed gorgeous milk-chocolate-colored shimmery sails near the Ocean Grill and updated the canopies and umbrellas around the Adult Pool. In an effort to enhance the dining experience, we have new menus in Acquario, The Promenade Bar, and Ocean Grill. Also, we have added in modern side stations, a new hostess stand, and succulent centerpieces to The Palm Garden Dining Room. You’ll also notice a new piece of tropical art behind the front desk when you arrive to check in!
Due to forces outside our control affecting our entire country, we have been working at a slower pace on the enhancements to our rooms than we had hoped. Having said that, most every accommodation has received an update either with new furniture, carpeting, lighting, drapes, artwork, or all of the above. I would love to say that this project will come to fruition soon but in reality we are in constant renovation mode in order to do our best to please all of our guests and members. Our Beach Club Membership is actually so popular that we had to close to new applicants and currently have almost 600 memberships on a waitlist. We are very careful to keep the club to a certain number to protect the integrity of the Lago Mar experience.
