Hi Everybody! Isn’t it just crazy that it’s already July? And you know what that means…Lago Mar’s July 4th Celebration is only a few days away!
I am personally super excited to hang out at our beach, which will stay open this weekend because city officials are granting a few private beaches the ability to stay open for their guests. Looking at the special dinner menu for the night of the July 4th, I already know I am going to be torn between choosing to dine on the Blackened Mahi Mahi with Papaya Mango Salsa or the Slow-Cooked Mesquite Seasoned Pork BBQ Ribs. Also, how on earth am I going to choose a side dish from all of the amazing options, such as Brown Sugar Baked Beans and Baked Mac & Cheese?
While the usual fireworks display over the public beach just north of us is canceled this year, there will still be a fireworks show a little further north along the beach (Oakland and A1A).
With all the craziness this year has brought, I have really enjoyed having Lago Mar be my safe space where I can relax and unwind, and I hope you all have enjoyed that, too. I love seeing and meeting all of our resort guests and club members at the resort and look forward to seeing many of you this weekend.
