Our enhancements in the Wine Cellar Lounge are coming to fruition and we can’t wait to show you in person!

Already, we have received a few pieces of furniture, now placed in the lounge. The exquisite fabric on the two chairs on either side of the small table (pictured above) is my favorite. I am also super excited for the arrival of our Communal Table for six, which should be in any day now. We also already have two new high top tables with swivel chairs and a gorgeous, colorful striped loveseat.

The new swivel bar stools (for the bar) might not be ready for a couple of weeks but we anticipate that they will certainly “Wow” all of our members and resort guests, hopefully, in time for Valentines’s Day. I need to check on the rattan chairs and give you an approximate delivery date for those in my next blog.

If you are planning to spend Valentine’s Evening with us, I think you will be very impressed. Definitely plan to arrive early to enjoy a cocktail and the look of our Wine Cellar Lounge before you go in for Chef Grant’s Romantic Feast. Some of my favorite features are Little Neck Clams with Warm Naan Bread and Lollipop Lamb Chops for starters. He is preparing a Quinoa & Kale Stuffed Chicken that sounds amazing and also Pistachio Crusted Sea Bass. These are just a few highlights to look forward to on the most romantic day of the year.
